Makers Markets return to CIRCLE by Urban Circle this summer, bringing together some of Newport's most exciting local creatives for three vibrant afternoons and evenings on August 16th.

Taking place from 2pm until late at CIRCLE, 6 Market Street, Newport NP20 1FU, these free-entry events celebrate the area's independent makers, artists, crafters, poets, writers and creative traders. Expect a lively mix of market stalls, exhibitions, hands-on workshops, live music, spoken word performances, alongside great food and drink in a welcoming city-centre setting.

Designed with an evening market atmosphere that sets it apart from traditional daytime markets, Makers Markets offers a chance to discover unique local talent, connect with the creative community and enjoy Newport's cultural scene after hours.

The events form part of UC20, Urban Circle Newport's year-long programme celebrating 20 years of supporting creativity, culture and community across the city. Free entry and open to everyone.
