Thanks to funding from Big Lottery Heritage Black Nine Films were able to work with Urban Circle Newport to produce this 45minute documentary.
The project aimed to raise awareness about the contributions that black people have made towards history. The film was produced by young people and from the region and allowed deeper learning to ancient African culture and explored black integration into British society.
