Nyla Webbe

Hi my name is Nyla Webbe, and I’m a qualified youth worker for Urban Circle Newport. In 2015 I finally completed my BA (hons) degree in Youth and Community Work after volunteering for many years within the community and being a young parent, raising 2 daughters by myself. I am now supporting young people in gaining their own qualifications- assisting and facilitating the Youth Work level 2 course.

Over the years I’ve been involved in many UCN projects, and have grown with the organisation from a service user, to a volunteer, to an employee. I have taken part and helped deliver festivals and events, including the productions put on by our sister organisation GExpressions, who I am Creative Arts Development Officer for.
