Join Urban Circle Newport for a special food-themed family event, supported by Newport Food Festival and held at CIRCLE, Urban Circle’s city-centre venue.

As part of our Movie, Munch and Make event, families can enjoy a free afternoon screening of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2.

Inventor Flint Lockwood returns to discover that his famous machine is still working and has created an island filled with living food creatures. Flint and his friends must work together to face hungry food monsters, including tacodiles, shrimpanzees and giant cheeseburger spiders!

We chose this colourful animated adventure because it gives families a fun way to think about food, nature, teamwork and taking responsibility for the things we create.

Families can also enjoy food-themed craft activities, music and refreshments throughout the event.

The film contains mild threat, rude humour and very mild language. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
